We are a Derby-based physio and sports injury clinic, providing multidisciplinary expert treatment for sports injuries and all other aches and pains, including back and neck pain, shoulder & elbow injuries, hip, knee, foot, and ankle pain, as well as muscle injuries. We can assess, treat, advise and then facilitate your rehabilitation programme.

PHYSIOTHERAPY, SPORTS THERAPY and SPORTS MASSAGE are available face-to-face at our clinic.

PODIATRY is also available for biomechanical assessment, gait analysis, treatment of all foot and ankle pain and sports chiropody.

Based at Derbyshire County Cricket Club, previously at David Lloyd Leisure, we continue to offer the same great care in a more patient-friendly environment.

Our focus is on evidence-based and experience-driven treatment, including hands-on treatment and tailor-made rehabilitation programmes.

Individualised return-to-sport programmes can be developed for you, not only to prevent recurrence but also to improve your sports performance.

If you’d prefer an online session from anywhere in the world, we are still offering virtual assessment, expert clinical advice and treatment through exercise, self-mobilisation and a programme for you to do at home (no gym required).

Clinic director, Kate Stalker has worked all over the world both full-time in sport as physiotherapist for the New Zealand Cricket Team and the Derbyshire County Cricket Team, volunteering as a physio at London 2012, consultant physiotherapist for England Cricket as well as working in private practice for over 17 years and brings her wealth of experience and extensive further education to the clinic.

All therapists at our clinic have comprehensive knowledge in their areas of expertise and work together in a multi-disciplinary environment, finding the best solutions to our patients’ injuries. Our physiotherapists have worked for a variety of sports clubs, including Derby County Football Club, Derbyshire County Cricket Club and Derby Rugby Club.

Conveniently situated just off the Pentagon Island at the end of the A52 in Derby, we have free parking right outside the door for you, or it’s an easy walk or bus from town. There are no access issues for those requiring assistance.
